UBA Sportswear offers custom, personalized, and made-to-order apparel. All apparel sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please report an issue within 7 calendar days of delivery. Email ultimatebilliardsapparel@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. This reporting window does not limit rights available under applicable law.
UBA will review the claim and, when appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Please do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping on any authorized return unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the issue resulted from UBA’s error. In those cases, UBA will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is caused by UBA’s error or a refund of those charges is required by applicable law.
Sizing and Approved Customization
Please review the Sizing & Fit guide, spelling, names, numbers, colors, artwork, and other customization details before ordering or giving final design approval. A customer-selected size or an approved personalization choice is not considered a product defect.
If UBA supplies a different size or customization from the confirmed order, or the garment measurements fall outside the published chart’s stated tolerance, please contact us for review under the damaged, defective, or incorrect-item process.
Changes and Cancellations
Custom and team apparel orders may be changed or cancelled before final design approval. After final approval, production may begin and changes or cancellations are no longer available, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Standard, non-custom products may be cancelled before fulfillment begins; contact us promptly so we can confirm whether cancellation is still available.
Custom Design Service Fee
The separate $65 design fee is nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. It covers the initial design concept and up to two revision rounds. Cancelling a jersey or team apparel order before final design approval does not make this separate design-service fee refundable. Finished jerseys are priced separately. Additional revisions or a substantially new creative direction may require a separate quote.
Shipping Delays and Refunds
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we will notify you and offer the option to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the affected unshipped merchandise for a refund, as required by applicable law. Final-sale and design-approval terms do not remove those rights.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. We will confirm the refund amount and status; the time until it appears in your account depends on your payment provider. Refunds required by law will be issued within the applicable deadline.
