UBA Sportswear ships online orders within the United States. Because custom apparel is produced for each customer or team, processing and production timing can vary by order.
U.S. Shipping
U.S. orders containing one physical item ship by USPS for $9.99. Orders containing two or more physical items in the same shipment receive free USPS shipping. Virtual design services do not count toward the two-item threshold. Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available.
Processing and Production
Production timing depends on the product, order size, customization, artwork, and final design approval. For custom jerseys and team orders, UBA will confirm the expected schedule after reviewing the design and order details. Ready-to-ship item timing will be shown in the product listing or order confirmation when applicable.
International Requests
Online checkout is currently limited to U.S. shipping addresses. Customers outside the United States may email ultimatebilliardsapparel@gmail.com before ordering. International availability, carrier options, shipping cost, duties or taxes, and timing are reviewed case by case.
Shipping Address
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We will help investigate carrier issues when possible, but carrier delays and delivery disruptions may be outside UBA’s control.
