Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from UBA Sportswear and use of ubasportswear.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Availability
Product colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly between screens, mockups, and finished garments. Custom production is subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Products and materials are subject to availability, and we may limit, refuse, or cancel an order when necessary. If UBA cancels a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.
Pricing, Payment, and Tax
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may correct clear pricing or product-information errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Custom Designs and Final Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, numbers, spelling, sizing, colors, logos, artwork, and placement before final design approval. Approval authorizes UBA to begin production. Customer-requested changes or cancellations are allowed any time before final design approval; after approval, production may begin and changes or cancellations are no longer available.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting artwork, logos, images, names, trademarks, or designs, you confirm that you own the material or have authorization from the rights holder to reproduce it on apparel for your order. This includes school, team, league, sponsor, and company marks. Permission to possess or download a file does not necessarily include permission to reproduce it.
You grant UBA Sportswear and its design and production partners permission to use, adapt as needed for printing, and reproduce the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to design, produce, and fulfill your request or order. Submission does not transfer ownership of your material to UBA and does not, by itself, authorize its use in public marketing.
UBA may request evidence of authorization and may pause or decline work if permission cannot be verified or the material appears unlawful, hateful, misleading, or infringing. A submitted file or checked acknowledgment does not require UBA to reproduce unauthorized material. Any applicable cancellation or refund will be reviewed under the Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Production and Shipping
Production timing varies by product, order size, customization, artwork, and approval. Estimated timing for custom orders is confirmed after design and order review. U.S. online orders ship according to our Shipping Policy. International customers must contact UBA before ordering.
Returns and Order Issues
All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Acceptable Site Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
Except for customer-supplied material, the UBA name, site content, graphics, designs, logos, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to UBA Sportswear and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. UBA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from site use or an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
