Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how UBA Sportswear collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ubasportswear.com, place an order, request a custom design or team quote, or contact us.

Information We Collect

  • Contact and account information: your name, email address, phone number, and account details.
  • Order information: billing and shipping addresses, purchased products, sizes, selected options, transaction details, and order communications.
  • Custom-design and quote information: design instructions, player names and numbers, team rosters, logos, artwork, images, and files you choose to submit.
  • Website information: device and browser details, IP addresses, cookies, and usage information collected by the website and its service providers.

Payments

Payment information is processed by our payment providers. UBA Sportswear does not receive or store your full payment-card number. We retain order and payment-status information needed for customer service, accounting, refunds, and fraud prevention. Please do not send payment-card numbers or passwords through our contact forms, design requests, uploads, or email.

How We Use Information

We use information to process orders and payments, prepare quotes, develop custom designs, produce and ship products, provide customer service, communicate about your request or order, calculate taxes, prevent fraud, maintain website security, meet legal obligations, and improve our website and services.

Artwork, Rosters, and Personalization

Names, numbers, logos, and artwork supplied for an order may appear on the finished apparel and may be shared with design and production partners as needed to complete the work. When submitting artwork or personalization, you must confirm that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it for your order. We keep your acknowledgment with the request or order record. This does not transfer ownership to UBA or, by itself, authorize public marketing use. Please provide only information needed for your request and ensure you have permission to supply another person’s information. See our Terms and Conditions for artwork permissions and our right to request proof or decline unauthorized material. Avoid uploading sensitive personal records or information unrelated to the order.

How Information Is Shared

We may share information with service providers that support our business, including payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting and website services, email and form providers, tax services, security and analytics providers, and contractors or manufacturers needed to design, produce, and fulfill an order. Some providers or production partners may process information outside the United States.

We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our customers, business, or legal rights. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for the shopping cart, checkout, account access, security, and preferences. Website services may also collect usage statistics or analytics where enabled. Third-party content and payment services may use their own cookies and handle information under their own privacy policies.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent checkout, login, or other features from working correctly. Browser controls do not necessarily stop every form of website logging or data collection.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete orders, provide service, support reorders, maintain tax and business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Customer-provided artwork and design files may be retained for reorders unless deletion is requested or retention is otherwise required. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup is replaced or expires.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Email ultimatebilliardsapparel@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Your rights depend on the laws applicable to you. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority before responding. Some records must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.

If you receive marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option provided or contact us. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary communications about an existing order, payment, or service request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Youth apparel orders and personalization details should be supplied by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current policy and its effective date will be posted here.
